- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very poor customer service. One of the managers was very rude to me on the phone at 5:00 PM and didn't have the courtesy of looking properly for my son's insurance information (like she couldn't have called earlier, and then wanted to cancel my son's appointment). Thankfully I was able to pass by there office in homestead and a nice front desk secretary was able to help. The dental hygienist that saw my son was very good as well but Dr. Cortes the pediatrician dentist, needs to find a dictionary in Spanish and look for the definition of his last name. Because he is not courteous and needs to work on his professional and social skills. He barely saw my son's teeth and wasn't able to even give me advise or a an insight of my son's oral health. They need more people like the dental hygienist and the nice front desk secretary in that place.January 12, 2017by Cristina Norris
