  This was the absolute worst medical experience I’ve ever had in my life. I DO NOT recommend anyone go to this doctor. I had a confirmed appointment on 1/29/14 at 10:45. I arrived around 10:20 at the address listed on the BlueCross BlueShield website. Unbeknownst to me Dr. Ubeda’s office had moved about 6 blocks down the street. Frustrated, I drove to the new location called “Leal Medical Center.” I checked in with the receptionist for my appointment WITH Dr. Ubeda but was informed that he was not there that day and had an appointment with Dr. Fernandez (my choice or not). I didn't get to go in past the reception until about 11:45 and I waited for another 20 minutes in ANOTHER waiting area. A young lady nurse who looked like she was still in high school called me in a room to check my vitals. The room was divided by a curtain rack and there was AN ELDERLY WOMAN in the room! I was appalled, where was my privacy? After the records were taken, I was led to a room in the far rear of the medical center and was told to wait there to see the doctor. The light was flickering; there was nothing in the room, dirt on the floor trash on the sink area. It was disgusting. I couldn't believe I had waited so long just to receive a check up. My time was too precious to wait so I left and asked if I could get a refund of my co payment of $30 that I paid; the receptionist said that she can credit it for my next visit. But I told her that I would never go there again and it was the worst experience I've ever had.
