- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After Dr. Goosby sold the practice to Pediatric Associates the office went downhill. Every time I would take my daughter in there was a different doctor. I stayed because I rarely took my daughter in as luckily she is pretty healthy until I took her in when she was having serious pain in her throat and I was told it was just a virus. I took her multiple times and they continued to tell me it was a virus and would not give me antibiotics. She ended up having an abscess that grew to the size of a gulf ball and had to have surgery with general anesthesia to remove it. The ENT informed that in a year she will likely have the same problem and to give antibiotics if it does and then he recommended removing her tonsils. Well a year later it came back and when I took her back to Pediatrics they refused to give me antibiotics again!!! Even after I explained everything that happened. Luckily I didn't need a referral and I went straight the ENT who immediately gave her a shot of antibiotics and was shocked the primary doctor didn't! She would've needed an additional surgery because of their neglect if I wouldn't had gone straight to her ENT. I definitely do not recommend this office to anyone!January 09, 2017by Ivette Ch'ea
